As much as we love cycling, Fixed Gear Coffee wouldn't be the same without our passion for exceptional coffee and homemade (plantbased) cakes. That's why we focus exclusively on third-wave, single-origin specialty coffee, celebrating the unique flavours, characteristics, and stories behind every bean. We look for clarity, balance, and distinctive tasting notes that reflect where the coffee comes from and the care that goes into growing, processing, and roasting it. We proudly work with Sprout Coffee Roasters from Eindhoven and Subtext Coffee Roasters from Toronto, Canada. Both share our dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and bringing out the very best in every coffee. Alongside these partnerships, we regularly feature exciting coffees from exceptional roasters around the world. At the heart of our coffee bars you'll find the iconic Kees van der Westen Mirage Idrocompresso. This three-group lever espresso machine offers a distinctive pressure profile, allowing us to explore the depth, sweetness, and complexity of our single-origin coffees. Quality goes beyond the beans. We use fresh Jersey milk sourced directly from the farm and offer Oatly as a plantbased alternative, always without an extra charge. Because great coffee should be enjoyed however you like it.
